Very nice phone case. I ordered from the company. They wanted to charge me sixty dollars and they sent me the wrong size for my phone. Sent it back. And ordered from another vendor at half the price. But still for a 2023 phone case still is a bit pricey. But nice phone case.✌️

I received my replacement in a timely manner and it fit perfectly and my phone looks as good as new. thanks for the good customer service

Please keep in mind that I used to know and love this product. That being said, the shipping cost is simply outrageous, and tracking is deficient. The tracking went from being in Los Angeles at 7 am to being delivered at 2 pm. in Montreal, Canada. Clearly, steps were missing

As for the product itself, I received a magsafe compatible case that doesn't work with my car mount. Now I can't wait another week and a half and 25$ for shipping for a magsfe car mount. So I'm ordering one from Amazon that will be delivered tomorrow.

This will probably be my last Nimbus9 case since this is the 2nd time I have had problems with the company. My S22 Ultra case order was a nightmare
