Have your order number ready if you are writing about an order. It is on your order confirmation email.
Where is my order
Your confirmation email carries the tracking link as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. If the link has not arrived and the order is more than two business days old, write to us and we will find it.
Free shipping applies to orders of $40 or more.
I want to return something
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and an approved refund goes back to the payment method you used.
Write to us before sending anything back. A package that arrives without an approved return cannot be processed.
Something broke
That is a warranty claim, not a return, and it has its own form. Cases and screen protectors are covered for as long as you own them.
