We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.
