Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping (under 13 oz) on U.S. orders over $40 (excludes expedited options).
  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from the in-stock date at time of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST or during weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Orders ship once all items are available. Pre-orders ship based on the latest release date unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping

  • International shipping options are available at checkout when applicable.
  • USPS First Class International Mail does not include tracking.
  • Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees. Please check with your local customs office.

Shipping Methods & Split Shipments

  • Upgraded shipping applies to the first package in split shipments; remaining packages ship via standard service.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to carrier terms. Nimbus9 is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Order Issues & Returns

  • Packages returned due to incorrect shipping info will be refunded minus shipping & handling fees.
  • Nimbus9 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Special Considerations

  • All orders are subject to approval and verification.
  • Orders may be held for review if flagged as suspicious or if the total exceeds $100 USD.
  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you before shipping for further instructions.
